
There are various taping and strapping techniques to control excessive subtalar joint pronation. In this video, we demonstrate two techniques that can be used individually or in combination:
Forefoot Adduction: This method controls excessive pronation by adducting the forefoot, acting in the transverse plane.
Medial Arch Stabilization: This technique stabilizes the medial arch by plantarflexing the first ray, acting in the sagittal plane.
